What is CD/DVD/ Mini disc/ Business card disc Duplication?
Duplication is when; the CD/DVD/Mini Disc/ Business card disc are reproduced by individually "burning" each CD-R/DVD-R/Mini disc/Business card disc. With the use of an optical laser, information is sequentially written or burned to a CD-R/DVD-R/Mini disc/Business card disc.
Copyrights and Licenses are a must with CD Duplication.
André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production will only duplicate your project when you own or have a mechanical license, copyright to reproduce the information on the CD-R/DVD-R/+R/Mini disc/Business card disc. As part of the ordering process, you will be required to submit any /all copyrights or license documentation, & a form stating that you have the right to reproduce the information on the Cd's and that you indemnify André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production from any copyright issues with the CD-R/DVD-R/+R/Mini disc/Business card disc. If you need assistance obtaining copyrights and licenses for your project, we can provide you this assistance at rate of $30.00 per/hour.
What final quantity of units will I receive?
All orders are considered complete at +/- 5% of order quantity. You will be invoiced for the exact amount of copies. The cost of shipping and taxes where applicable are extras
How do I submit the content for the CD-R/DVD-R/+R/Mini disc/Business card?
A Master CD-R/DVD-R/+R/ that contain the information that you'd like to duplicate will be required from you in order for André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production to begin the duplication process. It is important that you close the Master CD-R/DVD-R. If you need assistance with the development of the content for your project, I will be glad to send you a quote to develop the content of your project. Please be sure to verify, test and retest your Masters before bringing/mailing it to André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production!
What is 2-panel and 4-panel?
The easiest way to understand this, is that each surface you see equals 1-panel. A single sheet with printing on both sides would be considered a 2-panel insert.
4-panel insert would be a single sheet with one fold.
What are my printing options?
Disc are printed directly on ink jet printable with the option of full colour or black. These 6 individual ink system Inkjet Printers print up to a maximum resolution (dots per inch) of 5760 x 1440 optimized dpi . Click here to view price chart.

Barcodes and plastic over-wrapping are in package deals.

How do I submit the artwork for the CD-R/DVD-R/Mini disc/Business card disc printing or label?
I would be glad to help with the creation of the artwork for your CD project! Please contact me for more information and/or a quote! Please use my templates to design your artwork. Download the specific template for the printing process you select. Bring or mail all final artwork to André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production on a separate CD Rom along with your Master. A printed copy of all artwork is also required. For artwork other than printing onto the CD-R/DVD-R/Mini disc/Business card disc, (i.e. CD Labels, printed jewel case inserts, printed cardboard sleeves, etc), be sure to leave a 1/8" bleed in the artwork.
What formats do you accept for the artwork?
Accepted formats: UFO, Illustrator, PSD, or TIFF. All artwork should be 300 dpi or higher.
Do I have to use André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production’s templates for my artwork?
Please do! My templates are correctly sized for production; using my templates results in fewer problems when it’s time for setup. You can download templates from my website or contact André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production and I will be glad to send the specific templates you need for your project via email.
How much for set up charges?
André Giroux Dreamcatcher Production’s set up fees for disc duplication and printing is $25.00 assuming there no issues but if there is a problem it might total up to $50.00. You will be advised if any modifications are needed before proceeding with your project.
How long does it take to receive my complete order?
All projects have a 15 working day turnaround (upon approval of artwork). It might be sooner but 15 work days is the deadline.
About rush orders.
I will accept rush order only if I have all the stock on hand for your project and then only if it will fit into my time frame. I will not have other customers on hold for your rush order. Rush orders means that I have to work my butt off, so there extra fees for that service. The best I can do for rush orders is 7 business days for a surcharge of $125.00 plus applicable taxes.
How do you ship my finished Product?
My preferred shipping method is PUROLATOR. Other arrangements can be made. Shipping costs are extra.
